! In a week where la Junta is fining CEPSA Refinery up to 150,000 euros for breaching Real Decreto 1073/2002 for excessive sulphur dioxide levels in Guadarranque as picked up by a monitoring station over the period 4th, 5th and 6th November 2006 –
